Over the course of 10 weeks, we will study seven modules (we call them Flights).
You’ll watch streaming video classes and work through the worksheets that accompany with them, mapping and planning your next business steps before stepping into The Lounge, our unique app, to discuss it all with your fellow entrepreneurs.
Flight 1: The Jet Fuel OVERVIEW: On this Flight, you’ll discover which elements of your business you excel in, allowing you to exploit your superpowers while identifying your weaknesses. You’ll learn what problem your product or service solves and how to identify the white space that will set your firm apart from the competition.
DURING THIS FLIGHT: – Discover your distinct Jet Fuel—what sets you and your company apart, and how to leverage on those advantages.
– Define the issue you’re trying to solve for your clients or customers so you can build the greatest solution for them.
– Define and polish your Peak Product, which is the product or service that will propel your firm to new heights.
– Determine your company’s position in regard to the competition and how to profit on available white space.
AFTER LANDING: You’ll have a firm grip on how to capitalize on your strengths and plan your product or service to stand out from the crowd.
Flight 2 Passenger Check-In
OVERVIEW: On our second trip, you’ll gain valuable information into who your client is (I like to call them your Perfect Passenger) and whether or not you’re on the right track.
DURING THIS FLIGHT: – Discover your ideal customer by reverse engineering the competition and hacking the system to determine exactly who you’re marketing to – Discover who your consumers are, where they can be located, what they appreciate, and how to reach them.
– Use user interviews to gain useful insights and validate whether your product or service is exactly what customers desire. – Attract consumer affection by determining the emotions that your brand will elicit—the core of all good marketing.
UPON LANDING: You’ll be so familiar with your customer that they’ll feel like your new best friend—because they’ll have to be from now on.
Flight 3: A Rising Brand
OVERVIEW: On this Flight, you’ll construct an unforgettable brand identity that marketers dream about—one that will attract raving fans.
DURING THIS FLIGHT: – From start to end, create a high-quality brand identity, including logos, typefaces, color palettes, and more.
– Choose a distinctive and memorable business name that will set you apart from the competition. – Consider how you will break through the noise: zigging while everyone else is zigging. – Create an internal brand that supports your external brand values and creates the framework for a corporate culture that values honesty.
UPON LANDING: You will be the architect of your own brand’s future, developing mechanisms to hold yourself—and your team—accountable to delivering on that promise regardless of where you appear.
Flight 4 Ground Control
OVERVIEW: On this Flight, you’ll gain insight into the sometimes cloudy ins and outs of business ownership, as well as best practices that will keep you covered both now and in the future.
DURING THIS FLIGHT: – Choose the right business entity—from corporation to sole proprietor, you’ll find the right path for you – Understand the tax implications for your unique business and avoid the common pitfalls that many business owners face – Learn the step-by-step methods you need to trademark your brand name and logo – Gain confidence with the foundations of financial literacy—and figure out how much money you need to run your business
AFTER LANDING: When you get off Flight 4, you’ll have a strong understanding of the intricacies of taxes, as well as how you’ll protect your most expensive cargo.
Flight 5: Take note! It’s known as marketing.
OVERVIEW: Marketing is the lifeblood of every business. We’ll go through the winning tools, tactics, and best practices you’ll need to attract, convert, and retain the right people at the right time.
DURING THIS FLIGHT: – Learn how great marketers use narrative to make even the most mundane goods enticing—and how you can do the same – Learn how to use sponsored media, earned media, and owned media. – Determine why your customers should be interested in you, as well as how and where you will approach them. Learn and use best strategies for social, email, and paid marketing.
UPON LANDING: You will be able to promote your business. Plus, you’ll have brand followers that are excited about what you’re doing and are willing to spend money with you not just once, but several times.
Flight 6 Loyalty Points
OVERVIEW: A happy customer starts and ends with the Customer Experience. We’ll design an attractive end-to-end experience for your organization on Flight 6. We’ll go above and beyond best practices to analyze what it means to go the extra mile and investigate organizations who thrive in customer service.

DURING THIS FLIGHT: – Recognize when it’s time to hire, how to find and attract outstanding candidates, and how to provide a great application experience.
– Gain leadership skills and learn how to foster a positive, cheerful internal culture.
– Discover everything there is to know about staff management, payroll, project management, and the fine print.
– Learn how to foster a transparent culture built on trust and accountability.
