He starts with a stance and footwork review before teaching you hundreds of techniques to score in light-contact or no-contact sparring with the reverse punch, backfist, ridgehand, spinning backfist, front kick, roundhouse kick, side kick, back kick, drop kick, and crescent kick.
You’ll learn to blend footwork, strikes, and kicks to score on your opponent through solo and pair practice exercises.
You’ll also master defensive kumite tactics for stopping your opponent’s attack and scoring with combo punches and kicks.
