This DVD has two exercises in one: Tempo 8 and Tempo 10: 1. Tempo 8 (49 minutes) is the Total Workout performed at a calm, steady tempo without any guidance. Teresa takes the form to the next level in this workout, which is somewhat more difficult than the Total Workout Beginner/Rehabilitation Level. Tempo 8 is an excellent workout for people of all fitness levels!
2. Tempo 10 (58 minutes) is the Total Workout, which consists of 10 repetitions done at a smooth, steady tempo without instruction, allowing you to hold isometric isolation for greater technique while also increasing aerobic output. This workout offers form advice for getting the best results from all T-Tapp routines.
Arms Tempo 29 minutes
Speed Arms is performed at a slow, steady tempo for improved isometric isolations and outcomes. Although this is a full-body workout, the deltoids, biceps, triceps, and latissimus dorsi muscles receive special attention. This workout includes Butterflies and Triceps Curls, as well as four additional arm exercises!
Lower Body Tempo Workout for 60 Minutes (30 Standing/30 Floor)
Tempo Lower Body is a full-body workout that includes movements from the Total Workout and Hit the Floor, as well as the exercises Awesome Legs, Pretzel Twist, and Diva Derriere, to target difficulty zones from the waist to the knee, particularly the inner and outer thighs, hip pads, and buttocks. This exercise is incredibly thorough, and it includes a separate part with technique suggestions to show you how to get the most out of any floor workout.
Torso Tempo 31 minutes
Tempo Torso is another difficult workout performed at a slow and steady pace. Tempo Torso uses intense muscular activity to tighten the torso and burn back fat. This workout includes Advanced Hoe Downs and Eye of the Tiger, as well as a Target Pop teaching segment for Eye of the Tiger. This workout’s movement sequence takes “core development” to a whole new level!
