Kimer Moore is a motivated, results-driven Human Resources Leader with over nineteen years of experience in the field. She formerly worked at Anthelio Healthcare, Michaels Stores Inc., Samsung, and Ericsson Inc. in different HR Leadership & Total Rewards roles.
Throughout her career, Kimer has led several Compensation, Benefits, HR System, and Process improvements. She was elevated to VP of Human Resources at Anthelio and was in charge of different M&A transactions as well as fundamental HR initiatives in performance management, succession planning, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Capriccio HR, Kimer’s consulting firm, was founded in 2017. Kimer founded Capriccio, an independent consulting firm that provides strategic HR and Total Rewards services and solutions, in 2017.
Kimer holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of North Texas as well as an MBA in Human Resources Management from Amberton University. She is very involved in the larger HR community, having served as a volunteer leader with both DallasHR and HRSouthwest.
