- What You’ll Learn in These 7 Modules
Tirzah will guide you through the essential skills and knowledge you’ll need to mend the intergenerational wounds of your lineage so you may fulfill the holy work you’re destined to do in this life in this 7-part transformative intensive.
This course will include Tirzah’s lectures, training sessions, and experiential activities. Each session will build on the one before it, so you’ll have a comprehensive holistic grasp of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to heal your bloodline’s ancestral traumas through the rich lens of Kabbalistic wisdom and its profound and holy rituals.
Module 1: The Kabbalistic Journey of the Soul – What Is the Riddle of Your Life?
What exactly is Kabbalah?
Kabbalah teaches about the genesis of the soul and its five levels.
In this first lesson, you’ll learn the essential principles of this ancient wisdom tradition… which has been passed down for ages.
Tirzah will explain how your spirit is incarnate in this world in order to awaken, heal, and become a transparent channel for divine enlightenment. You’ll hear magical stories that will help you comprehend how special your soul is from all others.
Tirzah will invite you to consider a lifetime “riddle” and how it fits into an intergenerational framework.
This first module will teach you:
Learn about the ancient history of Kabbalah and the remarkable breakthrough in our time that made its secret teachings available to all truth seekers for the first time.
Discover where your soul came from and how your prenatal immersion in divine (cosmic) consciousness might help you identify real knowledge and love today.
Investigate the five levels of soul and begin to examine your own soul’s natural strengths and limitations.
Discover how your habits and weaknesses are linked to those of your ancestors.
Participate in a guided visualization to meet and gain the blessing of your lineage’s older souls to focus on a lifetime puzzle that your soul is ready to address and repair.Module 2: Heal Personal and Ancestral Wounds to Unlock Your Soul’s Radiance
Tirzah will relate the ancient creation tale of Isaac Luria, The Shattering of Vessels, which is the basis of the word Tikkun Olam, in this session (repair of the world).
You’ll grasp what it means through the perspective of depth psychology… that everyone of us comes into this world with distinct assignments — holy healing work that’s profoundly tied to the traumas and problems unique to you and your family.
Tirzah will lead you through a visualization to assist you in identifying the shattered pieces in your family tree. Understanding how they are concealing your soul’s light will assist you in overcoming the hurdles ingrained in your ancestors.
In addition, continuing from Module 1, you’ll discover which level of your soul requires care and mending.
This program will conclude with a 30-minute Ritual Lab in which Tirzah will assist you through working with your Maggid as a Kaballistic tool akin to Jung’s Active Imagination.
During this session, you will:
Learn how to psychologically understand the Kabbalistic tale of The Shattered Vessels so that it might throw light on your own life path.
Experience a guided meditation to obtain insight from your lineage’s elder spirits.
Understand the phrases Tikkun Halev (heart repair) and Tikkun Olam (world repair), and understand how today’s difficult communal concerns are inextricably linked to your own personal recovery.
Participate in the Maggid Practice, an esoteric method employed by the great Kabbalists of the past to access and channel heavenly truth.Module 3: Three Mother Letters — The Elemental Healing Powers of the World
The three Mother Letters from the oldest Kabbalistic document will be introduced to you (called the Sefer Yetzirah, the Book of Formation). These three letters represent the elemental powers… utilized in the creation of the planet and as healing tools.
You’ll be working with the first letter, Shin, which represents the element of fire. Shin has earthly origins and directs you to the Nephesh soul… which is related to your embodiment, appetite for life, and pleasure and pain bodies. Addictions and bodily attachments reside here.
You’ll also learn where the fire of your passion lives (or has died) in you and your ancestors.
During this course, you will:
Discover how the three Mother Letters, or elemental forces, are alive in your body and may energize, uplift, and cure you.
Experience a guided meditation to meet Shin and learn about your physical health, interests, and zest for life.
Understand what the “pain body” is, how we accumulate it over time, and how mindfulness and self-compassion may help to reduce and cure it.
Engage your Maggid in the Aish Kodesh (Sacred Fire) exercise and get an empowerment (a chazakah) that rekindles your connection to your soul’s deepest passions, yearnings, and health.Module 4: Resolving Deferred Grief and Trauma in Your Family Tree
What constitutes a decent death?
Tirzah will present the second Mother Letter, Mem, the element of water — where your tears of pleasure and pain, as well as your music, poetry, and the currents of your heart, are sourced — in this middle module.
You will investigate where your family lineage’s postponed historical pain and trauma may be trapped within you.
As you begin to learn about Kabbalistic death rituals and the significance of a good death, Tirzah will teach you how your ancestors and their knowledge may assist you in building a “ship of death”… so that when you leave this world, you will die conscious, peaceful, and smart.
Tirzah will do the following throughout this session:
You will be guided through a meditation to meet Mem, which will disclose your soul’s innermost sentiments of love, loss, and heartache.
Explain the impact of unmetabolized trauma and postponed sorrow in your family tree.
Bring you into the presence of your Maggid and elders to assist you in comprehending how your emotional suffering and burden did not begin with you.
Teach you techniques for letting go.
Introduce you to Kabbalistic death customs… and the significance of a good death.Module 5: Unleash Your Light, Spirit, and Connection to the Infinite
Tirzah will begin this lesson with discussing the third letter, Aleph, as well as the element of air, or prana. You’ll discover your innate light, soul, and connection to the infinite… the unlimited light known to Kabbalists as the Ein Sof – the realm of bare light.
You’ll learn how ancestral knowledge, as well as ancestral trauma and fear patterns, are passed down to us and impact our attitude toward death.
You’ll also learn about the significance of community, laughter, and love – all of which may help you overcome fear… AND assist you in transforming into light and becoming a transparent channel.
Tirzah will do the following in this module:
Guide you through a meditation to meet Aleph, who reveals your soul’s inheritance of light and irreversible connection to the infinite.
Guide you through a meditation that will awaken you to the notion of Ein Sof, or unlimited space, and Ein Sof Ohr, or limitless light.
Show you how, as allies, community, laughter, and love can help you through life’s transitions, even death.
Provide you with an approach to death known as the soul’s graduation.Module 6: How to Become a Wise and Well Ancestor
In this session, you’ll discover how to approach the task of being a “ancestor in training” (a term coined by Malidoma Somé) and what it takes to become a wise ancestor.
You’ll learn how to prepare for the next dimension, where you’ll serve your surviving family as well as the Earth plane.
You’ll learn about sacred Kabbalistic teachings about death and the afterlife… and comprehend what happens in Kabbalah when you actively prepare for death…
… as well as what happens when a soul is unable to disengage from its bodily or emotional needs before death, or when grief and trauma are postponed.
This lesson will conclude with a Ritual Lab, during which Tirzah will lead you through a guided visualization — a Journey of Crossing Over — to imagine and build the groundwork for a good death…. one that is both peaceful and sacred.
You will learn:
The idea of disembodied spirits… and why they cling to us
What it means to be a smart and well-informed ancestor
Why the world draws us to addiction, war, and other forms of violence, and how to deal with these “hungry ghosts” (a term used by Gabor Maté)Module 7: Obtaining Lifelong Tools for the Future
In this last lesson, you will review the dimensions of soul and your life enigma in light of your Maggid and death practice.
Tirzah will equip you with tools to assist you adapt all of the course’s teachings into lifelong practices. You’ll discover a strong Divine Names chant… to open the gate of each level of soul for further purification and healing.
Finally, you’ll partake in a ritual that enlists your Maggid and ancestors to hasten your healing path.
This session will provide you with:
A holy Hebrew chant comprising heavenly formulae that unlock and tune the soul’s five levels to their maximum frequency.
A larger framework for comprehending your life riddle
