Chiba is one of the most well-known Aikikai practitioners today. Basic skills are demonstrated in an easy-to-understand format, using setups, at a reasonable speed, and from a variety of viewpoints.
This is, in my opinion, one of the greatest lessons for fundamental skills.
Originally published on VHS in the early 1990s, this critically praised series has been rereleased in a four-disc set with an easy-to-use menu. Conditioning exercises, weapons suburi, and body arts are included in this DVD collection, which was intended as an additional training assistance for teachers.
