The Chinese were the first to mention micro systems, a theory that holds that the complete body is represented in a specific portion of human anatomy and can be addressed across it: micro systems exist in the foot, hand, ear, brain, and abdomen. The Chinese were also the first to describe the energy system that flows through our bodies’ meridians. Chinese Foot Reflexology provides a simple, yet extremely effective and strong technique for implementing our therapies. It eliminates the need to learn complex diagrams because it utilizes the same ones for both feet and both work symptoms and the cause, resulting in a long-lasting and successful outcome.
In this course, you will learn how to perform a Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Reflexology massage, which is a coherent, simple, and highly effective method of treating various physical imbalances and pathologies (digestive problems, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, emotional disorders, muscle pain, sports injuries, etc.), preventing disease, and achieving a deep state of relaxation.
The course is primarily practical; we will cover fundamental concepts of foot morphology as well as the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine. You will learn how to do the pressure points, as well as a comprehensive treatment that will produce a right and effective manner to achieve the intended aims and restore the lost balance, using the Theory of Meridians and 5 Movements.
