See the associated wall chart if you wish to follow this regimen exactly as advised. It was a little tricky to prepare, but it turned out OK in the end. Some workouts are repeated before others are added into the program. HardCORE (disc 8) and Pranayama Meditation (disc 11) are also added into the program many times each week, in addition to an extra suggested daily meditation (in addition to the daily workout) (also in addition to the Daily workout).
Yoga Mat is required, but a yoga block and a yoga strap are optional (see screens)
