DescriptionAre you a stressed-out, overworked nurse who has grown tired of feeling uncomfortable in your own skin? Have you tried vitamins, personal trainers, and restricted diets without seeing any results or fitting into those jeans? Do you feel self-conscious about your present weight? You don’t like your appearance, you’re not the role model you should be for patients, and you just don’t feel healthy… or happy? Do you ever feel like you’re spinning your wheels trying to lose weight and going nowhere fast?
We all know what it takes to lose weight – exercise and good eating – so why is it so difficult for so many people to lose weight? The fact is that it takes much more than exercise and nutrition; it also demands knowing your own behavior, sabotaging patterns, and disempowering weight loss myths, as well as understanding the best food and activity for your metabolism.
Dr. Ruiz, a Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Nurse, can help you unleash your personal potential for healthy and lasting weight loss in this recording. You’ll learn why trendy diets don’t work – and which ones could. You will examine your 3-day diet and lifestyle journal, acquire clarity around weight objectives, overcome damaging ideas about your weight loss journey, and create a long-term action plan for reaching your goal.
