Module 1: The Power of Community Grieving — Creating a Safe Container (September 3)
We begin this journey by co-creating a safe environment for you to feel, express, share, and heal your sorrow. We’ll form a virtual circle that gives unconditional love and acceptance, acknowledging and validating all experiences and feelings.
You’ll discover how to be a witness for yourself and others while building compassion, self-awareness, and connection. Trust will be built in order to encourage more vulnerability and real sharing.
And, we’ll investigate the link between our ideas, emotions, spirit, and physical bodies to build a learning community in which our grief serves as a catalyst for personal growth and transformation.
This session will teach you:
An awareness of the group’s sharing standards, which fosters a deeper sense of safety and connection to those who are bereaved.
A sense of belonging within a group that offers a secure space for vulnerability and openness.
How somatic movement and mindfulness facilitate self-discovery, acceptance, and emotional release
How moderate yoga therapy practices may help you bring past wounds to the surface so they can be converted into self-awareness, love, and appreciation
An introduction of mindful grieving concept and major teachings
30 minutes of gentle movement to assist you integrate the week’s lessons, your emotional shifts, and new self-discoveries
Module 2: Developing Deep Presence Through Body Awareness (September 10)
You’ll dig deep into somatic inquiry to create better presence and awareness of the sensations, thoughts, feelings, and spirit inside you, opening to the concept that you have to “feel it to cure it.” You’ll learn how to track your emotions, including where they “dwell” in your body, and how to fearlessly lean into, rather than avoid, your sentiments.
You’ll also learn how to hold holy space for others and the power of being seen in your true expression. You will grow to know and love yourself more fully as a result of shared loss experiences and compassionate group presence.
This session will teach you:
How to grieve and identify the feelings and sensations trapped in your body so that you may move through and release them
Tools to help you become more aware of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
How to observe yourself and others and act as a mirror and sounding board — which can eventually lead to you liking yourself more fully.
The significance of mourning in the collective, which provides you a mirror of your actual character and the brightness that may arise out of the darkness of sadness

Module 3: Unconditional Love & Acceptance — Examining Your Self-Relationship (September 17)
When our emotions crack open, there’s an innate chance to examine our shadow sides – those parts of ourselves we hide from or keep out of the light.
This week, you’ll learn to illuminate these shadow selves as means to supporting, loving, and accepting who you actually are via mindfulness techniques and physical inquiry.
Acceptance of your loss — one of the most difficult components of the mourning process — also gives birth to self-love. However, profound transformation may occur when acceptance is linked to recognizing and loving oneself through grieving, regardless of how painful the circumstances are. Not only can you get past your sadness, but you can also stop opposing yourself and your life, which opens the path to real serenity.
This session will teach you:
Greater self-awareness, compassion, and self-love can be achieved via mild yoga therapy and somatic movement.
A safe area in which to explore your real relationship with yourself and release old tales and self-limiting beliefs
A better grasp of the term “acceptance,” as well as assistance in letting go of opposition to how your life is today

When we can sit quietly with ourselves and absorb the insight that can only come from inside, the mourning journey may be a catalyst for personal growth and transformation.
This week, you’ll investigate what you’re discovering about yourself and the world as a result of your sadness, rather than in spite of it. You’ll discover how to be open to the lessons of your loss and its hidden rewards.
You’ll be encouraged to remove the armor that shields your heart so that you may be completely recognized and appreciated for who you are.
This session will teach you:
The secret truths and blessings contained within the mourning process that allow more love and life to pour in
Clarity and knowledge of what you’re discovering about yourself, your relationships, and the world as a result of your loss
How can you incorporate the lessons of your sorrow more thoroughly into your life as a route to gratitude?
Your internal and external resources for accessing your inner wisdom and feeling more liberated in your life
How to remain vulnerable while you investigate your shadow self’ lessons
An awareness of how you defend your heart so that you can recognize when it is helping you and when it is not.

Module 5: Identity Evolution Through Loss — Embracing Who You’re Becoming (October 8)
When you face a loss, a part of you dies – the person you once were before enduring a transformation. The identity crisis that is inherent in this process requires you to mourn the loss of the old self… and to be aware of, and open to, the possibility of who you’re becoming.
This can be demanding, uncomfortable, frightening, and vulnerable, but it has the potential to lead to significant transformation and a renewed sense of purpose. You feel more affection for and a stronger connection to yourself when you are at this powerful place – gifts that may ripple outward and influence the lives of others.
This session will teach you:
Help in exploring the evolution of your identity as a result of your loss experience.
The “Tunnel of Terror” as a metaphor for better understanding your personal identity progression
Gentle advice and encouragement to mourn the parts of yourself that have died while opening to new parts that are ready to be born

Module 6: Embracing Change — Support for Tuning In to Your Purpose (October 15) (October 15)
This week, you’ll learn how grief may inspire passion, purpose, and even a determination to change. The new you, bubbling beneath the surface, requires your attention, and you’ll be encouraged to push yourself beyond of your comfort zone to try on this new identity.
You’ll discover techniques and practices for finding the confidence to bring to life the parts of yourself that are waiting to be born… examining what brings you joy, connects you to others — and to yourself — and sparks passion and purpose.
This session will teach you:
Advice on how to explore your dreams, aspirations, and worries about change.
Mindfulness and somatic movement techniques can help you discover where you’re holding yourself back and how to let go.
The roadblocks to transformation and ways to assist your soul’s mission in becoming realized
Greater awareness and encouragement to make the desired changes

Module 7: Planting Transformational Seeds — Creating Positive Change in Your Life (October 22)
You discover that it is possible to carry joy and sadness, love and suffering, and completely honor all sides of yourself as you open to the spirit of regeneration and walk into your new life with more intention.
You’ve made room for the entirety of your mourning experience and reached your center – the union of the old and new you. You can fully sense your completeness as a person, you can stay present more easily, and you can ride the currents of your transition with more ease.
This session will teach you:
That the process of renewal is a constant return to oneself to re-evaluate and honor what you feel, think, believe, and know yourself to be.
How to let rid of self-limiting ideas in order to become more spacious and empowered
A stronger sense of closeness and connection within the virtual community as you adjust to your new existence.
