Practice 3 is intended for after you’ve mastered Routines 1 and 2 and have gained some endurance. As you focus on the spiritual parts of yoga and begin to experience the transformation of your mind, body, and soul, this flowing portion really integrates movement, breath, and gaze. Practice 4 is intended to strengthen the core. The core is extremely essential in yoga poses. A strong core also teaches the mind to be stable and tranquil. Practice 5 will teach you how to meditate and relax.
