Join Rosi Sexton, a real badass and certified osteopath, on a journey to ankles that are stronger than they were before the accident. This program is intended to be completed relatively quickly after the injury and includes workouts for all phases of rehabilitation.
Ankle sprains are a very common ailment, especially when footlocks and ankle locks are used. There are, of course, several additional ways to sprain an ankle both on and off the mats. What we offer for you is a means for you to recuperate!
Props include a jiu-jitsu belt, a foam roller, and an elastic stretch band.
