These are fast-paced workouts that may be used as pre-training warmups for BJJ or as energetic morning classes. All of the videos replicate some of the motions we practice in Jiu-Jitsu and will put your range of motion to the test.
They are suitable for intermediate and advanced members. As always, anyone may do it, but if you’re not very flexible yet, make sure not to push yourself too far.
Remember that we all started somewhere, so work on your weakest areas and you’ll be here in no time.
