DescriptionWomen nowadays are taught that conventional attractiveness is a prerequisite for sexiness, and that they must carefully balance the risks of being called a “prude” or “slut” in order to achieve this elusive position.
Therapists, however, can aid patients in achieving a higher level of sexual self-awareness.
This tape delves into the ways in which women may shift from basing their sense of sexuality on external validation to building it from inside, with the support of their male partners.
