From 1975 to 1979, Stephen Lankton, MSW, DAHB, trained under Milton H. Erickson, M.D., and his efforts at promoting and understanding Erickson’s approach to hypnosis and treatment resulted in the inclusion of chapters in various scholarly volumes written by other luminaries in the area. Lankton is an LCSW psychotherapist in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona, and he teaches courses all over the world (24 countries).
