This presentation will include hypnosis into the existing therapy process in order to demonstrate a simple induction. The increased internal focus that follows can be deepened, resulting in additional effect concentration, resource retrieval, and experience re-associations directed at achieving the session’s contracted goal.

From 1975 to 1979, Stephen Lankton, MSW, DAHB, trained under Milton H. Erickson, M.D., and his efforts at promoting and understanding Erickson’s approach to hypnosis and treatment resulted in the inclusion of chapters in various scholarly volumes written by other luminaries in the area. Lankton is an LCSW psychotherapist in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona, and he teaches courses all over the world (24 countries).
