Several recent research have provided substantial empirical evidence for what characterizes highly successful therapists. Participants in this course will explore in depth the characteristics and activities that distinguish the great from the excellent. Participants will also learn about a feedback system that may be used to create a profile of their greatest and least productive times in treatment – what works and what doesn’t. Attendees will not only have a far better understanding of their clinical strengths and shortcomings, as well as how to apply the results to enhance their own practice, but they will also leave with specific tools that will immediately increase clinical talents and efficacy.

 

Objectives of Education:

To provide a list of four unique methods used by highly effective therapists.
To define a process for detecting and addressing areas of clinical weakness.
