Consciousness may be described as heightened awareness.

Simply described it is, “seeing a wider picture.”

The better you understand yourself, the easier it is to comprehend other.

AN individual’s consciousness is the “x” component in therapeutic meetings. The brief course with lecture and case discussions is suitable to all skill levels. Non-pathological understandings and co-created solution for anxiety, depression, and PTSD are incorporated in case talks.

Describe and practice three strategies to increase consciousness.
List two questions to ask customers to measure their state of consciousness.
Describe and demonstrate two strategies to aid customers in increasing their consciousness.
