How much power is required?
One of the best things about gymnastic rings is how flexible they are. Every workout in the program has a scalable intensity that you will learn to modify. This means that YOU may adjust the level of challenge in every exercise to best fit YOUR needs. Irrelevant of whether you are just starting out or have been practicing for years!
Standard requirements:
Pull-ups on 5 bars

Will this be a good way for me to achieve my aim of learning to do planks and levers?
There is no instruction for skills or stationary exercises in Body By Rings. If you want to improve your talents, it’s best to do a skill-focused workout. Planche Pro, available from FitnessFAQs, is a specialized software designed to teach you how to perform the straddle.
Does it include meals?
Hypertrophy-focused dietary theory is briefly discussed. Body By Rings does not include a nutrition plan.
How about leg exercises that only use your bodyweight?
No. We aren’t going to be gimmicky and offer gymnastics rings for lower body workouts. Our program, Limitless Legs, focuses on using only your body weight to help you achieve your goal of having muscular, attractive lower extremities.
How many times a week do you plan to exercise? When will I have them done?
During the week, you’ll put in four sessions dedicated only to working out your upper body. One to two hours is the norm for a workout.
