I’ve collaborated with the incredible fitness experts Brad and Jessica Gouthro of Live Lean TV.

They’ve created a simple 6-week gym training and nutrition plan to help us tighten and tone up for the new year.
The first workout of the challenge will be uploaded on December 1 for us to complete.
