Richard A. Karwic, MBA, has spent the last ten years as a management consultant after working for 15 years as the Chief Financial Officer of various distinct organizations in a wide range of sectors. Mr. Karwic has also worked as the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for a mid-cap investment bank. Richard has worked at over 100 firms, including divisions of Fortune 1000 companies including Stanley – Black & Decker, Parker Hannifin, Pfizer, and Linatex Corporation of America, where he also served on the Board of Directors. Mr. Karwic has been giving seminars and lecturing at Western New England College since 1999. Richard’s business is located in Wethersfield, Connecticut.
