Crystal David, PharmD, BCPS graduated with honors from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 2013. Dr. David completed her ambulatory care pharmacy residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center after graduation. She has worked as a clinical pharmacist at OU’s Health Science Center, Cherokee Nation Health System, and Oklahoma State University Medical Center, and is board certified in pharmacology with a specialty on family medicine, Hepatitis C, diabetes, ambulatory care, and care transitions. Dr. David is a clinical assistant professor as well as the clinical pharmacist at OSU Medical Center.
