This course, Expanding Your Awareness, lays the groundwork for the series on growing consciousness. The emphasis of this course is on expanding your awareness so that you may sense more about anything you focus on, from physical energies in everyday life to your relationships, business, emotions, ideas, and activities, to subtle energies to guides and inner instructors.

Beginning with an enlarged experience of self-exciting, you will find new degrees of surrender and openness required to extend your awareness into realms you were previously unaware of. Being conscious of these regions in the higher realms will make you aware of new areas in ordinary reality.

You will master light body abilities to help you see and sense energies around you from a greater spectrum and size, as well as an infinitely smaller scale. This helps you to look into the energies in such a manner that when you return from these locations, you will have awareness and insights into new issues in your life, as well as fresh, creative ideas. When you examine circumstances in your life, you can have greater insights and knowledge about them than you had before concentrating your consciousness in the way you will learn as you extend the size and spectrum of energies you can view.

You will be taken through states that lead you beyond the mind and into pure awareness, knowing what consciousness is on an experience level and acquiring a deeper ability to perceive the Infinity of the Divine and your own nature. Using light body abilities to expand your awareness may change who you think you are and how you feel about yourself and your life. As you use these talents to expand and illuminate your awareness, you must be willing to allow your personality to evolve, your perspective to expand, your circumstances to change, and your relationships to flourish in harmony and love.

After acquiring the Radiance: Self-Exciting light body skills, DaBen’s Building Consciousness skills presented in this three-course series are suggested. Filling in the frequencies is also suggested. DaBen teaches you how to dramatically expand your awareness, become aware of a bigger “you” that spans multiple levels, and takes you to experiences regarded as enlightened by others. You will be guided to experience the higher realms’ non-linear time, explore omnipresence, where your consciousness can be in multiple places at once, and move into states of flow and radiance that can transform all the energies around you, including your thoughts, emotions, body, and life situations.
