This DVD was filmed by Tatu Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt David Hertzog and covers a variety of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu choke setups. Chokes from the guard, knee-to-knee, rear mount, side control, and assaults on the turtle guard are all covered.

This DVD is an excellent addition to the video library of any Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu student or martial arts fan, regardless of belt level. Although setups, grips, and finishing vary from school to school and teacher to instructor, chokes are among the most effective and fastest methods to terminate bouts in competition and on the street.

The issue is that many teachers do not utilize universal names for techniques in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, making it difficult to recall their setups. Techniques are frequently forgotten, and the student lacks the name of the technique to ask their instructor to demonstrate the motion again. As a result, the approach is frequently forgotten.

This DVD gives the learner a list of choke settings to which they may continuously refer for additional study and training.
