Welcome to the Seven Pillars of Health! This book will teach you the seven fundamental pillars of a healthy living. It is intended to serve as your health road map for the rest of your life. For numerous important reasons, this book differs from previous health manuals. For starters, the majority of prominent health writers are not medical experts. I am. I’ve been a doctor since 1984 and a board-certified family practitioner since 1987. In Orlando, Florida, I treat patients and run a successful medical practice. During the week, you’ll find me in a white lab coat with a stethoscope hung over my neck at my medical office. I will be going over patients’ files and meeting with them. I’ve dedicated my life to assisting individuals in becoming healthier. For me, living a healthy lifestyle is more than simply theory and study; it is an actuality. Because I am a medical doctor, the information I provide in this book is not something I learned from the Internet or from other medical experts. These are not the seven “fads” or “theories” of health, but rather the seven pillars of health. These seven foundations, which are supported by medical research and my actual experiences with real issues and real individuals spanning over two decades of practice, have contributed to the health and freedom of thousands of people.
