Many healthcare institutions now provide telephonic comprehensive medication management (CMM) services to Medicare beneficiaries. Providing similar services to a commercial population, on the other hand, is unique. This roundtable presentation and discussion will give insights on CMM services to a commercial clientele via the phone.

Caitlin Frail, PharmD, MS, BCACP is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy Twin Cities in the department of Pharmaceutical Care and Health Systems. She directs Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences in Community Pharmacy and is interested in novel approaches of precepting in virtual care.

MOBE
Kristine graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2018. She completed an ambulatory care oriented PGY1 residency at Walgreens and Bethesda Family Medicine Clinic via the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. Kristine continued working for Walgreens after completing her residency, conducting drug therapy management at the regional office and working as a specialist pharmacist across the Twin Cities. Kristine joined the MOBE team in January 2020 as a clinical pharmacist, offering patients with telephonic complete medication management services.
