Dr. de Regnier received his medical degree from Des Moines University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. At Des Moines General Hospital, he completed his rotating internship and family medicine residency. He is a distinguished fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
Dr. de Regnier is the owner and operator of Madison County Medical Associates in Winterset, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Family Medicine at Des Moines University.
Dr. de Regnier served as the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians’ Past President. He is also the Past President of the ACOFP and IOMA Iowa Chapters. He is a member of a number of national, state, and municipal committees.
