Chronic pain is one of the most expensive and hardest disorders to treat, and standard medicine is incapable of providing meaningful relief. Chronic pain is best understood and treated utilizing the polyvagal theory’s evolutionary neurophysiological paradigm based on systemic brain-body reactions to safety and threat. To promote health, growth, and regeneration of the nervous system and alleviate chronic pain, safety is required.
