Jared Van Hooser, PharmD, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. At the College, he teaches in the Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy course, in the Pharmaceutical Care Skills Lab, and in several interprofessional courses, among others. He provides comprehensive medication management at St. Luke’s Mount Royal Medical Clinic in Duluth, MN. He also serves as a preceptor for St. Luke’s pharmacy residency programs and precepts pharmacy students.
