We are thrilled to provide this on demand CME program with Jay Shubrook, DO, which was first given at the OPSO Annual Primary Care CME Conference on September 28, 2019.

Objectives of Education:

Discuss when and how to start basal insulin in T2DM.
Investigate methods for optimizing insulin type and dosage.
Use a case-based approach to explain appropriate insulin-use practices in type 2 diabetes.
