Have you ever pondered WHY it’s so difficult to lose weight? Why is it so much easier to lose the first FIFTY than the final five?

You’ve bought all the publications and read every article on the Internet…
But all the contradicting advice has made you even more perplexed.
So-called “experts” tell you it’s very simple—everyone from bodybuilders to overweight personal trainers to your one friend who dropped 30 pounds and knows exactly what they’re talking about…
…that it all boils down to simple energy balance and that you simply need to “exercise more” and “eat less.”
They are, however, incorrect. It is not simple. Sure, energy balance is important… However, the notion that you can just move more and eat less to get into killer shape has a fatal error (which I will discuss in detail below).
There are also Celebrity Doctors who promote juice cleanses, speciality berries, and skin lotions. You know, those “wonder” pills that claim to control your hunger, boost your metabolism, and burn fat…
…while you relax on the couch and listen in so the Doc can sell you something else.
Those are obviously lies. However, if you believe that only 5-10 pounds stand between you and your ideal figure… Who can blame you for taking a chance on something that might—just might—have a 0.0035% impact?
I understand. I know you, as I already stated.
And I know you’ve TRYED it everything, from over-hyped pills to meathead trainers…
Instead of shedding the last ten pounds, you lose money from your wallet. What’s the scariest part? The frightening thing is that you’re probably doing most things correctly.
You monitor what you eat, train out 3-4 times each week, and take all the necessary vitamins.
What is the “scary” part? Because even if you’re doing everything you’re SUPPOSED TO, the love handles are still there, your jeans are still too tight, and you’re still UNCOMFORTABLE removing your shirt.
