John Tarr – Feldenlcrais Dynamic Musician Series
This series focuses on the two most basic characteristics of singing and playing wind instruments: relaxed posture and freer breathing.
Lessons concentrate on dynamic stability when sitting and standing. You will start to notice changes in your posture and respiration. You will be moved from dynamic stability to dynamic breath as the course proceeds, where you will further polish and deepen your own distinctive breathing technique.
