This isn’t the finest bagua you’ll ever see, but it’s definitely the best martial arts instructional films created by a TV weatherman you’ll watch this week.
There’s some good information in there if you’re already familiar with bagua or other martial arts systems.
How to do certain coordination exercises, combat applications, a few forms, and so on.
He does an excellent job of breaking down and explaining topics.
But don’t expect your mind to be blown.
I looked for it since I couldn’t find any instructional DVDs on tea serving exercises – and he goes through it better than anything else I’ve discovered.
