Kimberly is a caring therapist, anxiety specialist, and national speaker who graduated from Memphis State University with a Master’s in Psychology and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Master’s in Social Work.
She has been treating anxiety and OCD patients for over 25 years and educating other professionals how to handle anxiety for over 15 years.
Kimberly has delivered hundreds of lectures and workshops, including presenting at international conferences, offering a CBT certificate program, visiting schools, and educating thousands of master level clinicians across the United States.
Kimberly is a Behavior Therapy Institute graduate of the International Obsessive Compulsive Foundation.
She chairs various committees for the International Obsessive Compulsive Foundation and the Anxiety and Depression Association of America.
She received the Anxiety and Depression Association of America’s Clinician Outreach Award in 2012 and the Member of Distinction Award in 2015.
She is a co-owner of AnxietyTraining.com, which provides therapists with convenient access to quality, evidence-based training for anxiety and OCD through online training and case consulting.

Elizabeth DuPont Spencer, M.S.W., LCSW-C, is a board-certified clinical social worker and supervisor.
She has been in private practice for 25 years, working with children, adolescents, and adults, and is trained as a cognitive behavioral therapist who uses exposure and response prevention for anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and depression.
Elizabeth is a member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, the International Obsessive Compulsive Foundation (IOCDF), and the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) (ADAA).
She is an ADAA Clinical Fellow and has earned the Clinician Outreach Award in 2012 and the Clinician of Distinction Award in 2017.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Columbia University in New York City and her master’s degree in social work from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, and she completed her clinical training at the National Institutes of Health and the Catholic University of America.
