You will discover how to empower your students and yourself with improved self-awareness, the basis for the development of self-regulation abilities and cognitive control, using the framework of – Noticing, Mindful Choice, Practice, Reflection, Integration. You will assist your pupils go from a state of anxiety and dysregulation to one of engagement, control, and connectivity by implementing 67 easy yoga and mindfulness-based activities designed to engage the complete child. Lisa is a national presenter and champion for youth mental health and the integration of MY-SEL (mindfulness, yoga, social and emotional learning) in education, in addition to assisting a broad collection of schools in sustainably integrating yoga and mindfulness school wide. She is also a member of the MSAD 35 / South Berwick and Eliot, ME school boards.
