What You’ll Learn in These 7 Weeks
Course sessions are held on Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.Master Mingtong Gu will joyously teach you through the role of Qi energy and how to integrate heart, mind, and body to nurture abundant Qi flow for your health, healing, and daily life over the 7-week program. Master Gu has chosen Wisdom Healing Qigong teachings that are focused on energy abundance and will walk you through the stages of exploring this strong Qigong lineage and creating your own Qigong practice for energy abundance.
Each weekly class session will build on the previous one and will feature a pre-recorded video presentation by Mingtong Gu incorporating the week’s teachings, demonstrations, and/or guided exercises, meditations, and visualizations. You may practice with Master Gu as he shows these techniques, and then return to the recorded version once the session is done to continue your practice.
A LIVE Q&A session with Master Gu will follow each video presentation – a popular feature! The Q&A allows students to speak directly with this famous master and gain guidance on how to incorporate these teachings into their personal practice.
The deep advantages of Qigong come from practicing the sounds, movements, and meditations oneself so that you may feel and experience their transformational effects. Each weekly session will assist you in developing your own practice. Qigong for Abundant Energy & Health is suitable for people of all ages and abilities, and there is no need for specific attire or exercise equipment. If you are unable to attend in person, you will be sent class recordings, transcripts, and extra materials so that you can reap the full benefits of the program.
Module 1: Energy Cultivation with Wisdom Healing Qigong (November 22)
How can we generate more energy to repair our bodies, minds, and hearts? Master Mingtong Gu will go into the function of recharging our batteries, reestablishing our baseline, and changing our potential for greater health, pleasure, and creativity for ourselves and others. Instead of the mind thinking one thing, the body acting another, and the heart experiencing something quite different from both, you’ll learn how Qigong aligns and connects you with the profound energy flow inside and around you. When you have an abundance of energy, you are better able to enjoy your life and care for your health issues. This seminar allows you to begin or enhance your personal abundance practice.
This module will teach you:
Explore the strong tradition of Wisdom Healing Qigong and the 3 A’s to integrate and open connections of mind, body, and heart in a Qigong meditation for stress alleviation.
Discover how stress and worry are restricting your energy flow and producing energy blockages.

Learn how to start your own 50/100 Day Gong (a personal Qigong practice)Module 2: Allowing Your Heart to Open to a Clear and Pure Purpose (November 29)
When we are discouraged by our health, career, or relationships, our ability to connect with and focus on our greater mission might get obscured. Learn how to connect with the subtle energy inside you and bring clear intention to your daily Qigong practice for your welfare and to cultivate pure purpose in this module. As a result, there is more energy for creating and living.

Module 3: Awakening the Energy Flow in the Spine (December 13)A strong, flexible spine allows you to be more creative and healthy. Master Gu will take you through this lesson to enhance the alignment and flexibility of your back.
Your spine not only connects your brain to the rest of your body; it also influences the overall energy flow, which influences the quality of your health and boosts your joy and sense of calm.
This module will teach you:
Practices that expand your spine to allow for unrestricted energy flow
Bending Spine Movement and Awaken Vitality Method, both of which help to strengthen your central nervous system
When you are fatigued or drained, how can you nourish your brain via the practice of Haola?

Module 4: Heart Compassion and Forgiveness (December 20)Forgiveness, both of yourself and of others, is critical to your health and happiness. A higher degree of compassion and loving kindness is awakened by an Inner Smile. Master Gu will dig into the Wisdom Healing Qigong compassionate teachings that can help you release the tales you hold in your body, heart, and spirit in this module.
This module will teach you:
Healing sounds for your heart to alleviate pain caused by anger or worry — and to boost your joy and sense of connection with others.
A guided Inner Smile Meditation that can offer you great happiness.
Wisdom Compassionate healing Qigong lessons that help dissolve energy blocks from previous tales, providing place for peace, love, and understanding.
Module 5: Abundant Energy Collection (January 3)With the fast speed and stress of modern life, it is easy to lose touch with the life force that flows around and through us. We can grow estranged from our inner selves, family, environments, and the universal life energy. This week, you’ll learn a crucial technique for circulating Qi (life force energy) by accumulating this energy and allowing it to flow through you and out into the world. This practice is especially beneficial for persons who are dealing with chronic or acute illnesses, emotional exhaustion, and/or who care for others as a caregiver, health professional, or parent.
This module will teach you:
Learn how to connect internal energy with external universal energy through movement and energetic flow gathering.

Module 6 of Qigong: Digesting Abundant Energy With Centeredness (January 10)Aligning your body to assimilate Qi is beneficial to your personal health and well-being as well as to our planet’s positive improvements. This week, you’ll be asked to cultivate discernment in your life so that you may be more open to letting go of old behaviors that no longer serve you. Unhealthy decisions sap our vitality and prevent us from experiencing full physical and energetic comfort.

He will compile all of the course materials and combine them into a single practice.
