Isolating the four primary muscle groups in 15-minute exercises can assist you in overcoming the time constraint that hinders you from remaining consistent. If you don’t have time to do the whole STRENGTH video session, try the ISO workouts instead. These workouts are a little more intense, requiring only two per week.
