Eating a healthy diet is difficult since humans are extremely complicated organisms. We may believe that we eat to feed our bodies, yet the majority of our food selections are based on their pleasure element. That is why it has become so difficult in today’s society to adopt healthy eating habits: we are just not willing to give up on the flavor component and the satisfaction it gives.
What if I told you that you can still select a healthy option? Only one item should be avoided, and that is “OIL.”
Don’t worry, I’m not advising you to consume bland food or force you to eat solely boiled food.
In my seminar, I demonstrated the magical procedures necessary to prepare wonderful no-oil meals. I’ve included 9 recipes to get you started, and I’ll be adding more as time goes on.
