Gregg is also a Mindset Science and Selling Power Magazine certified Peak Performance Mindset trainer, as well as a Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) Certified Sales Executive, CSE, and member of their Board of Directors. He speaks to numerous sectors across the world about Gallup strengths, leadership development, sales, retail engagement, Peak Performance Mindset, and customer engagement methods.
Gregg works at G3 Consulting, where he advises businesses and entrepreneurs on strategic development, sales strategy, and leadership development. He coaches executives and mid-level managers one-on-one and leads strategic planning sessions with management and leadership groups. He has worked with clients in healthcare, education, outdoor/run/cycling, high-performance athletics, and retail, and he consults for other consultants on a regular basis. Gregg worked as a Director of Sales and Business Development for the World’s Largest Bicycle Brand, Giant Bicycle, where he used his professional sales accreditation and strengths-based management techniques to maximize his sales team’s potential to achieve over $40M in sales growth in three years. He was also the Director of Retail, where he was in charge of developing, opening, and actively managing over 150 Giant branded and Giant Partnership retail stores around the world.
Gregg enjoys being a devoted husband and father to his three sons, is an avid cyclist, and has been racing BMX bikes competitively for 36 years.
