Simplifying is slowing down enough to listen to what’s going on with you and respond appropriately. We have clarity in our activities as a result of this.
We’re so used to rushing through our days, disconnected, busy, and barely keeping up with our responsibilities. It leaves little room for happiness, creativity, or feeling good. When we are stressed, no matter how much we do, we will never be content, joyful, or at ease. Simplifying is a conscious decision to listen to yourself, honor your desires, and settle into everyday behaviors that reflect your true self.
Each day of this retreat is focused to help you through long-term transformation, returning you to your natural state of simplicity, abundance, and joy. We start with a mental reset, then go into alignment to get clarity, remodel your relationship with your body, reflect on your personal surroundings, create a sustainable routine that leads to development, and finish with a happy practice to honor your devotion.
Following that, we’ll look at simplifying your kitchen, aligning your house with how you want to feel, and establishing financial wellness habits. This is about being honest with yourself, your needs, ambitions, and objectives via on- and off-the-mat practice and contemplation. I’m excited for you to dig in and experience the power of simplification.
Personally, I’ve made a significant move toward simplicity in the previous three years, and the results have been astounding. As I work toward advancement, I am pleased with myself. I feel more connected to myself and people around me, and I have clarity in my life’s large and little decisions.

Who Is This Intended For?
Everything we do is intended to assist individuals in starting where they are and developing the practices that will take us where we want to go. So wherever you are is an excellent starting point. This is applicable to all of our courses, including this online retreat.
Our neighborhood is a very varied and inspirational set of folks. They range in age from elementary school students to those in their eighties. They come from a variety of nations throughout the world. Entrepreneurs and CEOs, academics and librarians, scientists and researchers, studio owners and fitness instructors, yoga teachers of all styles, psychologists and physiotherapists, life and health coaches, physicians and attorneys are among them. They are mothers and fathers, daughters and sons, and best friends for life.
What You Will Receive

Progress: Everyone learns in their own unique style and at their own speed, and this retreat is yours to do at your leisure. With all of our courses, we use an adult learning paradigm, and we’re here to help everyone personally. Also, once you’ve completed everything, it’s still still available to you, and you may return anytime you need it.
Continuing Education Credit: 30 hours of practice credit, which includes enrollment in both our 200+Hour Leadership Training and our 300+Hour Advanced Leadership Training.

FACULTY
Strala classes are totally taught by the creators. Dr. Deepak Chopra, a pioneer in mind-body health, and Dr. Rudolph Tanzi, Chair of Neurology at Harvard and Director of the Genetics and Aging Research Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital, both support our program.
Strala was founded by Tara Stiles. Strala is practiced in over 100 countries, and thousands of individuals worldwide lead Strala in studios, gyms, and schools. More Strala training grads apply what they’ve learned in their workplace, team, healing practice, and throughout their lives. Our shared objective is to help individuals achieve much more by softening and connecting with our creativity and purpose.
Tara’s best-selling books include Slim Calm Sexy Yoga, Yoga Cures, Make Your Own Rules Diet, Strala Yoga, and Guiding Strala, which have all been translated and published in several languages. She has been highlighted in The New York Times, The Times of India, and The Times of the United Kingdom, as well as in most major national and international periodicals. Tara’s work was covered in a case study by Harvard, and she has lectured with students at both Harvard and New York University about her experience and approaches to creativity and leadership.
Tara supports the Alliance for a Healthier Generation and the American Heart Association’s Childhood Obesity Initiative, as well as BOKS, who are delivering Strala courses to over 30,000 schools in the United States and Canada.
Tara trained in classical dance under ABT Principal Rory Foster and choreography by Paul Taylor founding member and world-renowned teacher Eileen Cropley. Mike Taylor, the co-founder of Strala, is her husband.
