I’m so excited about this upcoming FREE online event called The Natural Cures Summit that I just had to share it with you guys! What is this Natural Cures Summit all about?

Pretty much my favorite people from the Paleo/natural world are hosting talks at this summit. Katie, The Wellness Mama, is doing a talk on “The Coconut Oil Cure”. Her topic bullets include: unknown natural cures using coconut oil, the 7 must have home remedies for healing and how to detox your home and body. I have found so many natural solutions from her blog, I’m so excited to hear more of her tips.

Then there’s Lauren Geertsen, NTP from Empowered Sustenance. Her blog is pretty much the reason I started on my own natural journey. She is doing her talk on the “Autoimmune Disease Diet” covering topics like: the exact steps to overcome autoimmune disease, the foods and factors that cause autoimmune disease and the top natural supplements to heal autoimmune disease fast.

I’m also super excited about a talk by Donna Gates M. Ed., ABAAHP called “Candida Cures”. I’ve seen a lot of conflicting information when it comes to balancing candida and this has been an issue that I’ve struggled with. She is going to cover the surprising “health foods” that cause candida overgrowth, how hormones effect candida and natural candida cures and diet.

I also can’t miss Dr. Jill Carnahan’s, MD talk on “Natural Cures for SIBO and IBD”. I’m pretty convinced I have some gut health issues and I should see a functional medicine practitioner. However, it can cost a pretty penny, so in the meantime I will listen to this talk and see how I can help myself! Her topics include: what is functional medicine and why everyone needs it, how your micro biome and genes affect your health and steps to heal SIBO and inflammatory bowel disease. There are so many more amazing talks it would be silly for me to list every one of them! But you can check them all out yourself at The Natural Cures Summit.

They seriously made me want to become a functional medicine practitioner myself. However, my boyfriend kindly reminded me that would talk quite a bit of schooling! So, one of the free talks is by Tom O’Bryan, DC, CCN, DACBN on the “Secrets to Overcoming Gluten Sensitivity”. He talked about why gluten is NOT bad for you… bad gluten is bad for you, how to tell if you have food sensitivities and what to do about it and how to heal from food intolerance and immune reactions. I learned SO much about gluten that I never knew. Now I feel like I can chop it up with the best of them. Thanks Dr. Tom!

The other free talk was by Suzy Cohen, RPh on the “Top 10 Natural Cures for Diseases you THINK you have”. This was GREAT for me because I think I have almost every disease out there. She covered the most common drugs that deplete your body of vital nutrients, the 13 most common nutritional deficiencies you probably have, how to naturally cure the thyroid, gut and brain and how to improve absorption of vitamin B12 and magnesium. I think I have to go back and take notes on this one, there was so much amazing information packed into 45 minutes!
