BONUS: Lecture and lab/clinical checklistsWhen I first started teaching, I would spend hours planning an exercise for the classroom just to have the students finish it in 10 minutes. As educators, I believe we all aspire to employ active teaching practices but lack the time to put them into action. Throughout this jam-packed day of learning, I’ll be sharing my White Water Rafting Analogy with you to help you build future teaching tactics. This comparison will change your perspective on teaching.
We will spend the day exploring and practicing active teaching tactics. Consider walking away with over 100 fresh ideas to use the next day as required. These ideas don’t take much time or money to prepare, yet they may have a big influence on learning results. This seminar will help you become more proficient, successful, and engaged whether you work in an academic or clinical setting. I hope you will join me for this life-changing seminar!
